Rosemary Crackers

This recipe should serve 6, and take about an hour to prepare.

Substitutions can be made for the Rosemary if preferred.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 Cups of almond flour.

  • 0.5 Cup of coconut flour.

  • 1 tsp Ground flaxseed meal.

  • 0.5 tsp Dried Rosemary, chopped.

  • ​0.5 tsp Onion Powder.

  • 0.25 tsp Kosher salt.

  • 3 Large eggs.

  • 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl , whisk together both flours, flaxseed meal, rosemary, onion powder and salt. (Dry ingredients)

  • Add eggs and oil and mix until dough forms a large ball (Takes about 1 minute.)

  • Between 2 pieces of parchment paper, roll dough to 1/4 inch thick.  Cut into squares and transfer to baking sheet.

  • Bake until golden, (12 to 15 minutes.  Let cool before storing in a resealable container.
