Rosemary Crackers
This recipe should serve 6, and take about an hour to prepare.
Substitutions can be made for the Rosemary if preferred.
Ingredients

2.5 Cups of almond flour.

0.5 Cup of coconut flour.

1 tsp Ground flaxseed meal.

0.5 tsp Dried Rosemary, chopped.

​0.5 tsp Onion Powder.

0.25 tsp Kosher salt.

3 Large eggs.

1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl , whisk together both flours, flaxseed meal, rosemary, onion powder and salt. (Dry ingredients)

Add eggs and oil and mix until dough forms a large ball (Takes about 1 minute.)

Between 2 pieces of parchment paper, roll dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into squares and transfer to baking sheet.

Bake until golden, (12 to 15 minutes. Let cool before storing in a resealable container.
